France-Quebec Institute of the Sea

The France-Québec Institute for Scientific Cooperation in Support of the Maritime Sector (IFQM) brings together and coordinates a network of key players in research, innovation, and higher education, and participates in the setup of major projects in the maritime sector with a view to fostering transatlantic scientific cooperation.

After 4 years of existence, the IFQM is organising the second edition of its Assises in Nantes, with the aim of considering the evolution of the Institute's strategy.

In this context, SML has been tasked with leading six thematic workshops with scientists from the Institute.
