sur la Planification des Espaces Maritimes (2014\/89\/EU), la Commission europ\u00e9enne (DG MARE et CINEA) a mandat\u00e9 un consortium compos\u00e9 de Milieu Consulting, Ecorys et SML pour r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te de son application par les 22 \u00c9tats membres c\u00f4tiers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Cette \u00e9tude fait suite au premier rapport de mise en \u0153uvre publi\u00e9 par la Commission en 2022 et couvre les d\u00e9veloppements intervenus depuis cette date. Elle s&rsquo;inscrit \u00e9galement dans un contexte politique en pleine \u00e9volution, marqu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;adoption du Pacte europ\u00e9en pour les Oc\u00e9ans en juin 2025 et la pr\u00e9paration du futur Acte pour les Oc\u00e9ans, qui s&rsquo;appuiera sur une r\u00e9vision de la Directive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conduits entre mars et novembre 2025, avec pour objectif d&rsquo;analyser l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;avancement de la planification maritime \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne, d&rsquo;identifier les bonnes pratiques et les d\u00e9fis persistants, et de formuler des recommandations pour renforcer la coh\u00e9rence et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la planification des espaces maritimes dans l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au sein du consortium, SML a plus particuli\u00e8rement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la mise en \u0153uvre de la Directive en France, en mobilisant son expertise des bassins maritimes atlantique et m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en pour conduire les analyses r\u00e9gionales et alimenter les conclusions de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
