des diff\u00e9rents livrables produits par les experts nationaux<\/strong> (gouvernance, diagnostic socio\u00e9conomique, juridique) contribuant au diagnostic national.<\/p>\n<p>Cette expertise a \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9e au service du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une \u00e9conomie bleue durable au Togo, dans le cadre de la Strat\u00e9gie nationale pour la mer et le littoral (SNPML) \u00e0
