It is based on a combination of a systematic review of the scientific and regulatory literature, and a semi-directive interview survey carried out during 2019 with 40 stakeholders in the French MSP. After noting a minor contribution of monitoring data to the French planning process, <strong>the thesis highlights three main factors limiting the mobilisation of the latter, related to the technical limitations of the systems, the poor circulation of data and a lack of acceptability on the part of some stakeholders<\/strong>. Finally, it invites us to consider this observation as a reflection of the specificities of the French PEM, and the difficulties it faces, particularly in the face of competition for the sharing of space, and the distribution of powers in the maritime governance of our country.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
