P\u00f4le Mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e - Toulon Var Technologies (PMM-TVT) is a maritime cluster based in the south of France and has participated in the European project MISTRAL - Mediterranean Innovation STRAtegy for transnational activity of clusters and networks of the Blue Growth - as a partner. MISTRAL aims to create a transnational community of Mediterranean clusters, active in the fields of the blue economy.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">In this context, <strong>the P\u00f4le Mer commissioned SML to provide technical assistance in order to draw up a regional action plan for five key sectors of the blue economy in the Mediterranean (marine renewable energies, fishing and aquaculture, sustainable tourism, blue biotechnologies and maritime surveillance).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To this end, we have developed :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An analysis of the Maritime and Coastal Capital of the two regions SUD-PACA and Occitanie.<\/li>\n<li>An inventory of each sector: key figures, context at different scales (Mediterranean, French Mediterranean coast, regions), analysis of the value chain and interactions with the Maritime and Coastal Capital, and SWOT analysis.<\/li>\n<li>A set of sectoral and cross-cutting strategic recommendations specifying the potential partners to be involved, the timeframe for the implementation of each action and its contribution to the Maritime and Coastal Capital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
